1 8oz boneless skinless chicken breast
1 tbsp canola oil
8oz Fettuccine noodles, I used Barilla (could maybe find a whole wheat substitute)
1 can light alfredo sauce, I used Classico
2 cans green beans, I used Del Monte (no salt added could lower the sodium)
I cooked the chicken with the oil.
Cooked the noodles as directed.
Heated sauce, beans, and chicken together.
Added Mrs. Dash and garlic to taste.
Mixed pasta with sauce.
I topped the kids and husbands w/ freshly grated parmesan too.
Made about 6 one cup servings.
