The fajitas are a good choice...but no tortillas, cheese, sour cream....just the meat platter. You can look up the nutritional info on their site....better sit down though much of their stuff is way over the top in cals!

I went to chillis and asked for the info and she gave it to me so try that! If by chance they do not have it I got a skillet trio without the tortillas. It comes with shrimp chicken and beef strips and grilled onions ( i did not eat them). I also got it with the sides ( the guacamole, salsa and sour cream) but did not eat the cheese that came with. It was also my big meal for the day. But like I said ask for the info they have a few good things on there :)

Look for the "Guiltless" entrees. The have a halo symbol next to that food item. Suppose to be under 700 calories. I like the chicken sandwich with steamed broccoli. Enjoy!

Here's the nutritional info for them... http://www.chilis.com/EN/Nutritional%20Information/Chilis_Nutrition_Menu_Generic.pdf

Fajitas are good but if you are watching your sodium...they are a bad choice. If you like salmon...I would go with that. It is pretty good. It comes with steamed veggies. Their chicken is ok too. Or maybe just opt for a salad. Good luck, I am sure you will make the right choice for you.

If it were me, I'd get the grilled salmon w/ garlic & herbs for 580 calories! Here's Chili's nutritionals..... maybe you can find something that better fits your calories for tomorrow. :) http://www.chilis.com/EN/Nutritional%20Information/Chilis_Nutrition_Menu_Generic.pdf

Thank ya'll so much! the fajitas sound so good :) but im half mexican, i couldnt resist the tortillas. :( lol

Thank you for the site, I looked it up and I think I am gonna get

Broccoli cheese soup- 110 cals.

Chicken ceasar- 650 or maybe the caribbean sallad w/ shrimp, do ya'll know if that is any good?
And have ya'll tried the Margarits grilled chicken? Is that any good?

Im so use to getting the chicken fried steak, but it's 1,270 calories. :((

I hope I can resist the chili con queso tomorrow, trying to convience the husband to not get it, it's my favorite, but for 1,170 calories I'm not even gonna look at it.

Chili's used to have an amazing Caribbean salad with fresh pineapple, mandarin oranges, dried cherries, green onions, cilantro, sesame seeds and honey-lime dressing and your choice of grilled chicken or grilled shrimp. I think it was 5-7 Weight Watchers Points (old plan). Not sure if it's still on the menu but it is excellent and low-calorie. Ask for dressing on the side. I think they have a few light options.

Last time I went I had the Margarita Chicken & ONE CUP of the Chicken & Green Chile Soup (SOOOOO GOOD! ONLY 100 CALORIES!). It was amaaaazing. Eat the soup before the meal because studies show that if one starts a meal out with soup one will eat less. The Margarita Chicken (260 calories by itself) is awesome. But if you get the sides get it how it comes on top of the beans. Sooooo goood! And around 500 calories or less. So worth it. You will probably have to box up half because it is so filling and such a big portion and so it won't even be that much calories! You just reminded me how good Chilies is!!! I want to go!

The Margarita Chicken is AMAZING! You'll regret not getting it, I promise! It is super flavorful alone, but atop the beans on the meal (how it comes for the meal - still under or around 500 cal, I think) it is even better!! It is a big portion if you get it with the beans and way more filling. You probably won't be able to eat it all! Have a nice time out!

oh my gosh - went here last week and the margarita grilled chicken is delicious! plus it comes with black beans and rice and is all very low cal relatively. i couldn't even eat it all and the meal was so good/guilt free! it's a little more exciting than just plain old salmon and vegetables (don't get me wrong - i LOVE salmon but sometimes you want something a little more zesty). enjoy whatever you pick! :)

I know! its making me hungry too!! I wish I was going to chilis too now that you have jogged my memory on how good it was!! i think i am going to tell my friends i want to go there now for our get together next week lol!

i honestly don't remember it being spicy.... i don't know. i just remember being very happily surprised at how good it was... it was so good i've remembered it! I think I went in not wanting to get that soup... oh now I remember... I wanted the broccoli and cheese soup too (because I super love all broccoli and cheese soup in existence) but the waitress said they didn't have it and they only sold it at airport chilis or something (ask for it there though because maybe that was just the chilis I was it... it was in a small town in TN i was visiting where chilis and longhorn steakhouse were the only restaurants in the entire city). i was very disappointed. I asked what they did have. I got what she suggested. it was amazing. came home. logged it, and found out that little bowl of goodness was only 100 calories!
