can someone advice me... I am on day 9 of level 2...I have not lost a pound...I eat around 1500 calories ( I breast feed too) and I have not noticed anything fitting any better...what's wrong with me? I do feel awesome after the workout......but am I doing something wrong..I use 5 pound weight too.......

Inspirational posts like these kept me going but a little dissapointed at the lack of results :(

Same. But keep pushing! Nothing wrong with getting stronger and feeling fitter!

Didn't do it last night. Sore as back. D8 tonight (I think! better check back...)

Lv1 Day 2 done and I am so sore. I have hurt muscles I didn't even know I had.

I too have been thinking of excuses to take a day off, but the last time I did that after day 1 it took me 7 mnths to do the DVD again. I will just push through it and I can rest when the 30 days are done. I am determined to do this this time.

I am supposed to be doing level 1 day 4 today and I just don't know if I can face it! I keep trying to come up with reasons to have a day off, but I know there really isn't a good reason. I really want to WANT to do it, if you know what I mean? Has anyone else felt like this and found a way to get 'in the mood' for it again? Please pass on your words of wisdom!

I had so many days like that. Just get started and tell yourself that you can quit after the first circuit. Then next thing you know, you've finished and you're already doing it so you might as well continue on. :) That's what worked for me! :)

I'm on level 3 day six today and haven't lost a pound. I did take measurements half way through and am hoping for some lost inches. It is disheartening to have lost NO weight, but I am definitely stronger. I can feel it. And even if I lose nothing, the new strength is worth it.

I just finished the 30-Day Shred today (it took me 34 days), and as of my last weigh in, I'd only lost 6 lbs--the same as after level 2. I have been disappointed in my results with level 3, too. I haven't lost any weight, and because TOM is here this week, I don't see the progress, just feel bloated. I'm hoping things will change in a few days.

I'll weigh in and measure tomorrow morning, and let you know the final results.

The past five days I have added my 'Pilates for Dummies' VHS to the Shred. I'm planning on doing both again for the next 30 days.

Is there any advantage to doing Level 1 for ten days, then Level 2, etc., or can I do Level 1, then Level 2 the next day, then Level 3, etc.?

I'm gonna do L2 again. I got up to d7 and I just keep doing day on, day off. Exhausted this time around.

So gonna start it again and be more brutal on myself.

Day 5 of Level 1 and I killed it. Still having a hard time with the pushups but they are better. I found that if I do the modified move and rest my feet against something they don't go down as I do making it easier for me to do the pushup to the full effect. Bring on the next 5 days. I'm ready to get strong for level 2

For those bummed about not loosing the pounds, this is also about toning and becoming stronger. I haven't stepped on the scale yet, but I took a peak and well.. Lets just say I lose the inches faster than the pounds, and I already notice a difference cause I'm back in my pre-preggo jeans, but I have many smaller jeans to go!
