Just curious to see how many calories others are burning when doing Slim in 6, the ramp it up dvd. My HRM said I burned 338 calories today and that seems a little low to me considering it is 47 minutes and my HR stayed up.

Thanks in advance!

I'd actually say that sounds about right. On the BeachBody forum, so they Burn it Up is about 600 calories, so to me it makes sense that Ramp it up with be ~400 and Start it Up ~200.

Just needing this info myself without a HR monitor. I'm nursing a pulled Hamstring from running and had to leave a few of the moves out, and did not feel I got my HR up as much as I did the last time I did it. I estimate "light aerobics". I think part of calorie burn depends on how vigorously you perform. I'm banking on afterburn from what I COULD do. My arms are still shaking!
