Came across her meal plan and thought I would share. It has recipes for breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks. Snacks are about 200 calories and the other three meals range from 250-400ish calories.

It looks delicious but the problem is: leftovers :) I can't follow this diet because there would be too many leftovers and it is too varied. But thanks, I'll surely get some ideas from there!

You can cut the recipes in half. Just use half the recommended ingredients.

I downloaded this but I noticed that most of this stuff is "organic" and that's usually somewhat expensive.
