This site is the best around, but if feel there is one thing missing. I would like to make a suggetion to the food page of this site. I would like to suggest including a PIE CHART that gives your daily intake percentages for Carbs, Fats, Protein. This would help me with the nutrition part of infromation i read, because they are constantly say to eat a certain percentages of Carbs, Fats, Protein and i have no clue how to caluculate them.

Or can anyone tell me how to calculate my percentages based on my calorie intake?

Thanks,

Manny

You can see what your percentages are set to by going to
My home... goals... change goals... custom and have a look at the numbers, if you're on MFP defaults I know protein is set to 15% but not sure on the other 2.

I changed my goals so that I'm using 40% carbs, 30% protein and 30% fat.
