Hi!

I'm setting up my food settings, and I'm having trouble choosing the 5 things to "watch".

Currently I have:

Fat, Cholesterol, Carbs, Sugar, Protein

If I have Fat on the list, is it important that I watch Saturated Fat too?

What about Sodium? Today was my first day, and I noticed I'm over DOUBLE on my sodium intake (sheesh).

Should I watch sugar if I'm already watching carbs? I really don't have that bad of a sweet tooth.

I have Cholesterol on there because my doc said I have high Cholesterol -.-

I have Protein on there because I lift weights as part of my weekly workouts.

Any feedback?

Thanks! :)

I watch fiber, because it can be hard to get in. I have read a few articles that say it is very important in losing weight and people who get in the daily requested fiber have higher results then those that don't.

:D

So I currently have:

Fat, Cholesterol, Carbs, Sugar, Protein

Maybe I should change it to:

Fat, Carbs, Sodium, Protein, Fiber

Adding Sodium because it's so high all the time, I need to be conscious of it. And Fiber, because it is very beneficial and hard to get in a modern diet.

Removed Cholesterol and Sugar. x.x

Thanks again for the tips!

That's what I have!!!! except I have sugar instead of protein.

Diabetes runs in my family so I tend to try and watch my sugar intake as well.

Good luck to you!flowerforyou
