Does anyone currently drink this while working out? also I want to know if it is considered a bad beverage to have?

I drink it. Some people say its bad for you and some say it good. I like it and will continue to drink it. I will ONLY drink it though in the morning or after a workout period... Still has sugars I believe.

I drink it after workouts, I hadn't heard it was bad for you. Is it? What have you heard? I like the taste.

I am very lucky because I actually LIKE the taste of water, so I just stick with water. I have friends who can't stand water and they drink it. I think if you drink it while you are working out, that is probably fine, you need to stay hydrated.

I drink it when I am out on a long ride and I can't carry enough water. If I have to buy something from a convenience store then that is what I buy. drinker
