For those out there who are finding that red wine is ruining the calorie plan for the day, I might make a suggestion: Pomegranate juice in a wine glass. To spritz it up a bit, add selter water. There is a low sugar brand out there and it's only like 29 calories in 8 ounces. Just a thought.

Whoops, I just reread the post. There is a low sugar brand of pomegranate juice. Old Orchard Healthy Balance......
