I tried making chicken quesadilla's last week and while they tasted ok, they lacked flavor. Does anyone have a good recipe for them?

Have you tried taco seasoning? I'd go for the low sodium. Or marinating the chicken before you cook it.

My kids like them plain but, I just use a fun flavor salsa for dipping. Last week I found a peach flavor salsa, it was yummy. For the actual quesadilla I use chicken (I used the perdue fit and easy because they are cut thin and it is less work), fat free cheddar cheese and the low carb tortillas.
Maybe you could try sprinkling some taco seasoning, or season-all in them to spice up a bit? Run for your LIFE!

Try this: 1 can rinsed black beans; 1 can of chicken, drained; 1 can rotel, partially drained; low-fat cheese; multi-grain tortilla.
Cook beans, chicken, and rotel until juices are cooked away. Season to taste with chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder. Put in a multi-grain tortilla with cheese, and bake for 6-8 minutes at 350. Very flavorful and a great meal! |

Try using goya sazon for flavor - easily one of the best spices known to man.
I'm gonna keep trying, and denying just makes me want it more. I'm gonna keep trying, and each time push harder than before. I can't live my life always worried about 'what if?' Because what if I die tomorrow, and I've never even lived? |

I made a chicken wrap last night and used the oscar mayer southwestern chicken strips. Talk about flavor. I was completely impressed. I bet that would give you some good flavor in your quesadillas.

I think I am going to try the southwestern chicken strips in them. That sounds good! Friday night, fun night idea. Thanks

I mix cream cheese and salsa together and then spread it on the tortillas before putting chicken and cheese on it.
