I weigh 170 (5'5") and I usually burn 290 on level 1, and around 275 on level 2.

I burned 360 calories on level 1 today. I am 168 lbs. I did the shred before and generally burned more in each level.

I'm 146lbs and 5'5. Just got a HRM last week. I had already done the first 10 days of level one and had moved on to level 2 (so I find level 1 pretty managable compared to when I first started doing it) Today I did level 2 for the 5th day and burned 250 then later did level 1 and burned 236. Last time I did level 2 I burned 290.

QUOTE: how do you know how many calories you burn from her workout? I have a Polar ft7 heart rate monitor with a chest strap that monitors my calories burned.

Im 5ft 4, 170lb & I am currently on Level 2. Using my HRM to do the workout my burn varies in the range of 250-350. The only way you can be sure is to get yourself a HRM, thay are worth the money & you will know what you parsonaly are burning as opposed to people in general

People can only answer you what THEY lose (IF they have a HRM), if you don't have a HRM, it is impossible (and very unwise) to go by whatever is entered into MFP by others. Invest in a HRM.
