I'd like to see more added to the measurement options such as bust, stomach (I know that is related to the waist, however, my tummy is going to go down and I wold like to track it)

You can add as many as you like and call them what you like.
Go to "Check-In"--the click "Change Measurements"--then you'll see a block at the bottom where you can add your own catagory. I track tons of stuff, even my blood pressure, etc. "When I ride, I am no longer chained to the earth. When I ride, I become Peter Pan — I really can fly."~unknown
