You can set it so you push a button to hear it or have it give you a progress report.............. "you have gone 3.5 miles" or "you have used 56 calories" or steps or how many minutes you walked. I love it. I was a big spender at Wal-Mart and splurged.... $12 Fun new toys like this are a perfect incentive for some of us. ME! You must be the change you want to see in the world. ~Gandhi

How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time. How do you change your health? One bite at a time! . . . . . .
