I haven't really been able to get in with any of the current ones so I think I want to start my own!

I FINALLY have a computer at home so it'll be alot easier for me now lol.
So here it is. We'll call this the... One month challenge!
We'll take one month at a time and choose how much weight we want to lose in that one month.
My goal is 8 lbs. (AH!, I dunno if I can do that!
)
We'll have mini-challenges like fitness challenges and weekend challenges!
So here are my stats:
As of July 1st: 180 lbs
Goal for August 1st: 172 lbs
What we'll do is challenge each other to certain things "50 sit ups a day for 3 days straight" or whatever and then everyone has to try to meet the goal and we'll post about it. We'll do one fitness challenge a week and a weekend challenge every weekend.
I'm so excited!
So here's the first weekend challenge: Stay within your alotted calories!
