I seem to be having a hard time finding a slow jog calorie burn. I am not walking fast, but actually jogging, but I am a short little person and haven't got my speed up just yet. I use to run 6 miles an hour, but now I am jogging between 3 and and 4 miles per hour. I guess if you can't go 4.5 miles per hour or faster they don't count it as jogging, but I know I am.
I am worried that I am counting too many calories burned because I have been using the slowest I can find, but it isn't right.
Maybe my efforts act the same even though I don't cover the same ground?
