Progress pounds chart...............
I'm a visual person. I love the nutrition graph. I can see highs and lows and it means something. When I look at my weight loss it looks like this :

Graphing one pound per week on a weekly or even monthly chart doesn't show much change. Could the increments be adjusted to show more visual progress?
For instance: ""--..._ looks like something is happening! It just looks better compressed!
Those straight lines that might go down once each week don't seem to show progress.
This site is wonderful.
It provides terrific support, and I love being able to track and print out each day's food.

oops... if you don't hit the shift key... you get a 3 instead of a # ... that was progress #'s
