So my other half wants to eat at Braums tonight for dinner. If I were to get the grilled chicken sandwich without condiments, would it be so sinful? I would imagine Braums is a lot healthier than some other restraunts. Also, I dont want fries, so is there anything on the menu there I could substitute them for? Thanks :3

I really like their grilled chicken salads with Fat free Italian- about 350 than I can have a Jr cup of frozen yogurt for about 90 cals. =)

There is a Braum's grilled chicken sandwich in the food database on MFP. It says it is about 300 calories. If you have the calories to burn use them, don't restrict yourself so much you will dive into indulgence later.

I personaly LOVE Braum's!

Oh my...I love and miss Braums! No Braums in Houston (originally from Fort Worth). Sorry can't help, I normally just get ice cream from there so not to familar with the menu.

Maybe you can get a side salad if they have that or a cup of fruit.

Only 90 cals? Wow. I might consider :) I think i might go with the salad instead of sandwich to watch some carbs. Sounds tasty!
