So I've been eating sweet potatoes since hearing something about glycemic index or whatnot. In the past I have been on NO sugar diets and lost weight but then I was hearing about "natural sugars" and stuff so I think I get it now. Plus all the restaurants are making sweet potato fries and even the markets so I've been eating a bunch.

Here's my question.

After all that I still have a big belly and it might even be bigger than before?

Anyone done those flat belly diets? Their sometimes advertised on the side of this site. I mean can you tell me what I might have done wrong or point me to some studies about the sweet potato stuff? Why is this not working for me? Maybe I'm just different?

I wish I could find what works FOR ME, because I'm so tired of everyone finding what works for them but just not me? Why not ME.

Thanks in advance for your help. flowerforyou

Have you tried juicing a sweet potato then boiling a sweet potato in that juice?

NO but that sounds like a good idea because then the sweet potato enzymes or whatever helps with weight loss would be concentrated or doubled or maybe even tripled right?

Absolutely! The triple concentrated enzymes then cause your body to excrete pure belly fat.

Your diary is not open so without knowing what your overall diet looks like it's hard to give possible solutions. Also, what do you do for exercise?
