You guys should try to integrate something like runkeeper so that time/distance and activity are auto input into myfitnesspal.

Nope, it should be runmeter. Much better than runkeeper and it is cheaper ($4.99). Trust me, check it out.

Yes I have been using the free runkeeper version. It would be great if there was integration with MFP

Just wanted to thank you for posting about this app. Although it's not free (unlike runkeeper) it has some features that I really like! For example all of the format of the reports/calendar. And especially being able to export your data. I always wanted to do that with runkeeper, but there wasn't a way. |

Having Runkeeper Integration would be a great idea.
I use Runkeeper with Wahoo heart rate BPM( beats per minute,) If all this data could be integrated and also with Withings weight machine that would be so cool |

Note: Runkeeper just sent out an email announcing integration with two other sites/products. Looks like they want to add partners. I second the votes for this being a great idea. I

Cardio trainer is also a good free app (you can upgrade to paid if you so choose) it also exports data, has an integrated music player and can be synced with google health among many other cool features. I personally like the notifications and widgets.

I agree. More integration for cardio trackers is a must! I use Garmin Connect. I would love to see that able to port over my data.
Thanks.

Try Cardio Trainer.....it's totally free, has GPS, keeps a full history of all activies, has charts, maps, calories burned etc. It saves everything to your Google accounts plus you can automatically share all activities to Twitter and Facebook! There is a Paid For option but to be honest the free one has been so good I don't see the point in spending any money! Mine's on my Android Phone I'm assuming it must be an iPhone app too.

+1 for this. I use Runkeeper and manually add my exercises to MFP. RK have opened an API to access all the internal data so this would be great and would bring cross over members (more members means more advertising revenue so should be a no-brainer!!)

I would really love to see to way integration with RK. I use it to track all my exercises and I would love to see them show up here. I would also like to have my nutrition data published to RK using their new public API.

I've used Run Keeper Pro (free @ amazon app store for Android) and Cardio Trainer and I like Run Keeper better - I think it would be AWESOME for FitPal to integrate RK stats.

I also agree and would like to see this. RK now works with my bluetooth HRM so I have a very accurate count of the calories I burn during a RK workout, if these calories were auto added to MFP it would be much easier user experience. Whoever comes up with the app that combines the calorie counter apps (MFP, LoseIt, etc.) with the Workout apps (RunKeeper, CardioTrainer, Endo, etc.) for an all inclusive healthy lifestyle app will become the gold standard and would get my download (free or paid) in a second!
