The end of the stats has a line labeled "remaining". Each item is displayed in green until the items in the "Your Daily Goal" line is exceeded, then those items doing the exceeding becomes red. That sounds good. but sometimes more is bad and sometimes more is good.

Since under on protein and fiber is bad not good, I suggest you reverse the colors on the display of these two items. When they are under they display in red, when they are at or over they display in green.

Since I eat 5-6 small meals a day having customizable options for meal titles and how many meals would be extremely helpful. By the end of every day my breakfast/lunch/dinner look fine, but my snacks category is stacked. It's hard to track if and when I may be slipping off track.

You can edit those from the website but not sure about the app. The website has a lot more functionality than the app.

Actually the customizing of the meal titles is already available. I did mine after I saw a person form brazil had customized hers.

When entering a recipe on mobile, I'd like to be able to type a few letters and get a list of foods I've logged recently. I feel like this used to happen, but does not anymore. The only thing that happens that is remotely close is that if you don't type any letters, you get one page of recently logged foods, which is not enough.

In addition, I want foods I recently entered into a recipe to be drawn upon when I type something in to log it for a meal.

Also, it seems like the list of recent foods that comes up has a shorter history than it used to.

I'd love to be able to customize the recommended daily allowances of each nutrient on the app, and possibly add others. For example, if I'm pregnant, I need 70g of protein a day rather than the standard 41 which is pre-programmed. Being able to update these would help me track certain nutrients better.

Good morning!

On the mobile app, the "edit my recipes" link has been buried under about 5 levels. I use this all the time, it would be great if it were easier to get to.

Less clicks necessary to bounce back and forth from daily nutrition to daily diary..... There should be a nutrition button on the diary page and vice versa..

Why:

I like to jump back and forth and get the macros where I want them and its rather cumbersome....

How about putting all the measurements we can enter on one chart

1M 2M 3M... up to years

Weight x y z

Hips x y z

Waist x y z

Bust x y z

ETC...

This way I can see on one simple chart how I am changing over my whole body, instead of having to flip through 20 charts and compile them all on my own/remember them so I can compare how different parts of my body are changing.

damn site messed up the way I had the letter lined up so you could see and understand the chart i want. Tech is so stupid sometimes. I put those spaces there because I wanted them there!!!

And how about linking up with Nike Training Club, so my workout times and cals automatically transfer to MFP?

The app and the web have the ability to "quick add' just calories. It would be really nice if you could just 'quick add' all the constituents -- without having to create a recipe or food. Frequently recipes include most of the values that you want and I don't often make the same recipe over. So, I am adding a food and have to name it and all .... when I really just want to quickly add the complete set of numbers (rather than just quickly add calories.)

Any hope?

Whenever I'm adding a long recipe using the barcode scanner, the app will crash towards the end of the recipe. I love the barcode scanner, but it sucks to have to go back and redo an entire recipe. Bug fix please?

To be able to copy individual food items from another entry, rather than the whole meal. Especially from another's diary.

Yes! I agree! It took me forever to find it the other day. And recipes are more of a pain to edit on the website.

The recipe function is totally gone in the app. I've tried entering with barcode and manually and nothing works. As soon as I finish entering (if I get that far) and try to add to my diary, it goes back to the main page and the recipe no longer appears. As a matter of fact, until you go through 100 steps to delete it, NO recipes show on my list. (This part of the problem has been around since the last update before this most recent one.) Now add the crashing on top of it.

You'd think, considering the main purpose of this app, that recipes would be one of the most user-friendly areas.

Please fix it! All combined, I've probably wasted an hour today trying to add my dinner recipe and still don't have it and no one has time for that.

I have two suggestions for the Nutrients window.
1) The end column, titled "Left", shows the number of grams or percentage numbers. If you have taken in more than the goal, the number displays in red, and under goal shows in black. It should really be the other way around. A deficit is always noted in red, and black is used for positive numbers.
2) To keep it clear, change the title to "Over/Under" AND the word "Over" should be black, while "Under" should be in red, which should make it quite clear as to what is going on. .

It would be nice if BF% was an available measure and report and tool on this website (in tandem with calculations made by Katch-McArdle formula)

it would be more accurate than simple BMI and BMR

Two main suggestions: one is to improve the app by incorporating something from the web platform, and the other is to improve the web platform by incorporating something from the app!

1) It would be great if, in the app, one could view the sum of their kcal and macros for each individual meal. Currently, this is a great feature of the web-based platform. At the bottom of each meal you are able to view the macros for that one meal; however, in the app, you can only view macros for individual food items or for the day at large.

2) It would also be great if, while on the website, one could view their day's total of more than just 6 nutrients. Currently, this is a fantastic feature of the app; one can see not only the macronutrient intake but also the sodium, cholesterol, vitamin levels, etc. It's my understanding that on the webpage, one can only select a maximum of 6 nutrients to track at a time.

Please do correct me if either of these features is already available! But it's my hope that you will take the feedback to heart :) Thanks!

I would love to be able to add a description to the add quick calories option. I don't eat the same thing often enough to make many things a food entry, but I would like to be able to look back and see what it was I was eating with the calorie count.

How about being able to follow forums/group post? It would be nyce to be able to subscribe to particular forums/groups and follow from my celly. I am hesitant to join challenges because I use my phone app more than the website and blushing forget.

I'm using iphone 5, with iOS 7, and MFP ver. 4.0.2.09d79e. I have the recipe tab available. Add to diary, select a meal to add to, then the tabs are Recent, Frequent, My foods, Meals, and Recipes.

You might want to reinstall the app?
