I'm beginning a fitness challenge group for October. I'll be posting workouts for each day for 21 days (enough to turn force into habit!). Message me your email and I will send an invite to the Facebook group!

After recovering from a knee injury, will start Pilates n complete 21 days!

Sorry, I don't have facebook and there are some exercises cardio and etc lots of jumping, I can not perform due to knee...;0(
