I'm having problems getting my fitbit One to reliably sync with the fitbit app on the new iOS 7 on my iPhone 5.

It sort of works sometimes, but not reliably.

Anyone else find the same problem?

I am... I'm thinking they didn't work out some of the bugs.

My app was just upgraded today so if you install it then it should fix the problems. smile

I was having issues too. But this afternoon seems better.

I've always had issues syncing from my iPhone. It would say "Looking for your One..." for several minutes. Sometime it'd find it. Other times not. When it did find it, I'd say it is syncing, but it would never finish. Eventually, I learned to just not bother using my iPhone to sync. Once, I think I waited nearly 5 minutes just to see if was slow. I broke my FitBit back in August and had to get a new one. The new one has never had any problems syncing on the iPhone. Made me wonder if it was the device itself. I upgraded to iOS7 on Wednesday night. It syncing was a little slow yesterday, but today, it worked fine.

On the other hand, I don't have (and have never had) any issues when I sync from the iPad (which I upgraded that to iOS7 at the same time). Not sure why there is a difference.

I haven't had any issue with syncing, as of yet, but I was disappointed to see that the calorie in vs calorie out little graphic is missing (the one that looks like a gas gage). I really enjoy that.

It's very aesthetically pleasing to the eye. iTunes Radio also has some very good stations and control center is a godsend. Also fitbit's upgraded app for it is very pretty.

Before the upgrade to iOS7 my fitbit wouldn't sync at all and would take forever. AFTER iOS7 it's been awesome and super fast!!! I love it! I also love iOS7....so light and wonderful!

Much easier to input foods into (I tried, just to see, not currently logging anywhere).

I wish I hadn't done the upgrade. My fitbit won't sync at all. Even to my laptop now. Grrrr...

I'm pretty sure your fitbit not syncing to your laptop has nothing at all to do with an iOS7 upgrade. Might be some other issue there.

Not impressed that a couple of the new features aren't available to Canadians, like the Itunes radio. And we probably pay more for the phone!

I feel about it like I feel about Windows 8.... WHY ?!?!?!?

Opinions aside.. I dont have any issues with my Iphone 4S.... BUT.... I needed space for the upgrade so all my apps that had "cloud based" storage came off... After the upgrade was complete I redownloaded from the app store and havnt had any issues..

Hope this helps

I have had no problems so far. As with all changes, it takes a little time for the gazillion apps to update to work with a new operating system. Naturally people like to step on the "it's apple's fault" wagon. Not really defending, but give it a chance, even better go work out the old fashioned way. You will be ok...wink

I spoke too soon. The syncing has slowed down for me again. It can take well over 2 minutes to find my flex.

Same issue, I've only seen the sync not work once or twice, but it does consistently take about 2-3x as long on the new iOS 7 on my iPhone 5 (haven't tested w/ my iPad v3 yet).
