SO I have decided that I want to start going to the gym. The only problem is my work schedule. I figured out that I tend to work either 1-8 (meaning I would go at 10 before work) or 9-4 (I would go at 5 after work). The only problem that I am having is my meals. I was already eating at weird times because I was in transit during lunch or breakfast.
My plan, if this will work, is on the day that I work out BEFORE work I would have a slim fast shake after my work out with a granola bar and a banana. Since I believe that the canned slim fast is the Devil's Nectar (cause it's gross) I was going to make some "special" ones (I have recipes) from the powder and freeze them. Will that work?
