Naturally Thin by Bethenny Frankel....it just makes so much sense. I still reread it every once in a while to refresh myself on her philosophy on eating.

The New Optimum Nutrition Bible - Patrick Holford
The Holford Diet - Patrick Holford Dr. Andrew Weil's Guide to Optimum Health - CD box set...not entirely about Nutrition, but great points an insightful listen anyhow. The China Study is indeed amazing! In Defense of Food, also great. I just got Stop Your Cravings, by Jennifer Workman haven't started it yet... GREAT THREAD!
