I connected my Fit Bit to MFP and it worked like a charm the first day. The second day it would not sync and upload my steps. I have deleted both apps and reloaded but still not working. It seems to be connected but not syncing. Any hints? By the way, I love it when it works and want to get my wife on board too. Thanks

Hi,

We were able to access your account, and we see that a little over 1000 steps is showing up from fitbit. Does this sound right?

Fitbit was undergoing maintenance that's why nothing was syncing. EVERYONE was stopped.

pinkraynedrop, thank you for pointing this out. We are hoping it did not cause too much of a hiccup in syncing. It appears that their maintenance is now over. Everything should now be back to normal.

Okay, it may be that I am slow but it is still not working. i.e.
I woke up this morning and put on my fit bit.
Walked around for a Few mins-100 steps.
Turned on my iPhone and went to the fitbit app.
It updated the app with the correct #of steps.
I immediately opened the MFP app.
I manually synced just to be sure.
The Goal reads 1623-Food 0-Exercise 0-Net 0- Remaining 1630

It appears it is not syncing with the Fitbit

Suggestions?

Jerry,

I can see a Fitbit adjustment in your diary for the 24th, I would suggest you keep wearing and syncing your device and let us know you don't see an adjustment in your exercise diary.
