I did Day 2 today as well! :)
I use my HRM to record my calories. Only hitting about 200 per workout though.

Maybe I'm just super out of shape and therefore burning more calories, but I hit 350 cal for day one, and 380 this morning for Speed 1.0

August 6, 2013 12:17 PM
I love it. I am on week 2 and I can see my clothes fitting better. I didnt take measurements before I started but I did on Staturday.
I lost 2.5 pounds and I cannot wait to see the results by next Saturday.

I'm on week 2 and love it. It's just so easy to fit in 30 minutes of a workout. Every time I say I'm not going to do it, I remember it's just 30 minutes and is over before you know it. Total Body and Speed are my favorite workouts. And the Sunday stretch did wonders for my aching body!

I am on week 4! I love the program. I love the fact that I am burning as many calories in 25 minutes that normally takes me an hour to burn at the gym!!!

I am a beachbody coach by the way. Feel free to add me. We can support each other while doing the program. I actually have a Facebook challenge group right now with about 15 people. They are killing it and having great results!!!

Good luck!!

Today was Day 2 of my first Beta week. Speed 2.0 is incredible, and I can't wait to start using weights this week.

I'll be getting T25 in the mail sometime this week and begin it Monday.. I'm a bit nervous, but really excited! I've been stuck in a rut and I think a change in my workouts will be a great thing! =)

Day 3 Total Body Circuit Done! I finally remembered to wear my HRM today. I had to do the modifier a good bit today because my calves/shins were killing me. The hrm showed that I burned 250 calories during todays workout. So I am hoping when I can give it 100% and not do the modified I'll hit about 300 calories. Not to shabby for a 25 min workout happy Today was the hardest workout so far (I know it's only day 3 haha). A lot of pushups and floor work but I loved every min of it, muscle burn and all!

It's awesome to see that so many of you are doing it and loving it as well as seeing results! It definitely helps motivate me when that alarm clock goes off each morning. I can already feel my waist and hips tightening up some so I'm anxious to do my measurements Saturday. Thanks for all of the responses, enthusiasm and motivation everyone!

In my 5:30am not-yet-caffinated daze, I put in the Abs workout instead of the Total Body Circut. Oops! Oh well, *a* workout done at least, and I'll do Total Body tomorrow. I burned 260 calories today, a good 100 cal less than the first two days. But I still sweat up a storm!

(But it sure felt good to give my sore legs and shoulders a rest today while I worked my abs :P)

Good luck to everyone on their T25, I don't do it but sounds intense, reminds me of cross-fit with the mention of burpees, which we do as well. I hate burpees mad So I feel your pain

Good luck!!!!

I started the challenge on Monday as well. I had the DVDs last week and had a practice week :). I am very out of shape. Need to follow the modifier most of the time. And am struggling with floor work because of too much belly ;). First program Ive done and so far so good. But tough. Love hearing other people's progress

After struggling to get myself to crawl out of bed this morning I finished Day 4 - Ab Intervals. It was great to give my calves a break today. I loved the Superman and Rocketman moves, they felt great. My abs are already sore. I'm a little nervous about the double workout tomorrow :)

I'm loving reading everyone's responses and seeing that so many are enjoying it! Thanks for the extra motivation!

Since I accidentally switched my workouts yesterday and today, I did Total Body this morning - KILLER!.

And Tammy, I'm totally feeling those Supermans (Supermen? LOL) across the back of my ribcage this morning. I am super nervous about the double workout tomorrow. I'm not sure that I'll be able to squeeze both in tomorrow morning (that'd be a 4:45 wakeup, ick!), but we'll get through it and have two GLORIOUS rest days. I can't remember looking forward to rest days as much with other workout programs.

I've enjoyed reading all the different posts about the T25 workout. My daughter and I started doing the workouts this week as well. I totally agree with everything you've said about each workout. My body aches from the workouts but I feel WONDERFUL! Having someone to do the exercises with is an extra bonus for me. She's getting into shape for field hockey and I just want to get toned and loose some extra weight. I did Insanity last year and I have to say I am loving the T25 workouts and actually prefer doing them. It's easier to fit a 25 minute workout into the day's schedule, especially when you're burning so many calories in the shorter amount of time. I'm also a little nervous about doing 2 workouts tomorrow. Bring it on!!

Keep up the good work ladies!!

I'm doing insanity right now but love reading all your comments. I want to do T25 after I finish Insanity and reading all your comments on soreness excites me a little. ha ha. Good luck everyone! Can't wait to see what your results are.

I think I'll be feeling them tomorrow too haha, heck I can feel them now! I'm nervous for tomorrow too, hoping I can get through it and enjoy the weekend off. My husband is having surgery on his shoulder in the morning so I plan to get T25 done before we head to the hospital so I can nurse him and spend time with him all weekend! BTW I noticed you are from Pittsburgh, I'm about an hour south of you :)
