TOPIC: What happened to Fiber Calculations?

Your daily tracking of Calories/Fat/Protein/Sodium/Sugar is awesome. Love that. But what happened to fiber? One of the key things missing in American diets (and cause of MANY a bodily malfunction) is percent of daily fiber. I'm tracking mine. Just tried My Fitness Pal today to see how I like tracking but may be headed back to Fitbit because fiber % is very important to me.

You can change the settings to track fibre instead of something else there

I track my fiber intake here. From my family history I know how important it is, so I check it every day and I am very aware of it.

You can choose to monitor fibre (which I do) just personalise your settings. Calories, carbs and fat are fixed I think but you can choose your own other 3 to watch, and set your own targets (select customise and when resetting your goals). Fibre's best treated as a fixed goal really in line with whatever advice you choose to follow (I shoot for min 25g per day).

I changed my diary to track fiber the first day I was here. Just go into Settings and choose Diary Settings. And MFP sets us a very low fiber goal, but you can change that as well. Just go into your Goals, hit Change Goals, hit Custom.
