I just started T25. I'm doing it on carpet and my Brooks running shoes are less than ideal for this. They don't work well when I do Zumba either. What type of shoes would would work best? I have a high arch and had plantar fasciitis for 3 years so I do need a shoe with good support.

Just finished week 3 of T25. Started out first week and a half using my running shoes (and on carpet) and these really didn't work that well for me. I switched to my Zumba shoes (Ryka Transition) and they are working out much better (they are lighter weight and the pivoting works much better). It would be better on hardwood floors but that's not quite an option for me. Good luck!
