They just announced a partnership with Runkeeper, you'd think you would be able to autosync your runs with MFP! So frustrating, c'mon developers! Fix this!!!

I spoke too soon! Completed a run about 5 hours ago and it showed up in MFP an hour ago! Maybe give it some time... Might just take a while.

I'm having exactly the same issue - I walked on Tuesday and the info went over from runkeeper to mfp fine. Today - nothing. I've confirmed the accounts are linked and its definitely recorded on runkeeper but exercise on mfp says 0. Please help!

Also how do you resend the info using your iPhone?

On your mobile app, select your activity and then on the top right, select Options. A window will slide up and there is a button to "Resend to".

I just completed a run this evening and the data is still not transferring from RK to MFP. Yesterday, when it was not working, I tried "disconnecting" the sync and signing out of both apps--then, re-signing in and making the link "active" with no luck, either. Since linking the two apps I have never been able to have the data transfer from RK to MFP.

I just saw my runs show up.

I contacted MFP support and they said they were aware of an issue, so my guess is that it should be fixed now. If you don't see your runs yet, maybe try the "Resend to RunKeeper" option in the mobile app and then check MFP.

Good to know! I was wondering why my walk this morning showed up but the run I did tonight has yet to sync. I'll check it tomorrow and hopefully it will be there!

That happened with me, too - the run showed up about four hours after I completed it.

mine works just fine, I have had to re-send activities to runkeeper .com a couple of times but mainly it just reads across

I had been having the same problem. I rarely enter any food on my mobile. Just easier to use the home pc. Found that I had to open MFP on my phone (android os) after exercising and they sync immediately. Reopen MFP on home computer and the Runkeeper info is there. Hope this helps.

If you read everyone's comments you will see this did not help. I'm having the same problem is this board being monitored by anyone?

Hi Folks,

Sorry for the inconvenience. We are working with Runkeeper to restore syncing for those affected. Runkeeper is looking into the issue on their end and we are working with them to resolve this.

Until then the syncing between Runkeeper and MyFitnessPal may be inconsistent.
