My run on Sunday 7/7 synced but neither of my runs since then have synced. I have resent the runs from runkeeper to the server, but they still aren't coming through. Any help would be great. I manually entered them in, but would prefer auto...

I'm using iPhone 5, with the latest versions if iOS, runkeeper And MFP.

Runtastic is syncing workout data without issue on our test accounts. If you have tried disconnecting and reconnecting from MyFitnessPal's side can you please log into runtastics site and try doing the same from their social connect page which is found in your settings?

I'm having the same issue, only some things show from runkeeper. For example I walked Saturday, this came through however my run tonight hasn't. Is there something I can do?

Also using the iPhone 5

Mine is not syncing either. I have a Motorola Electrify M. It didn't sync a run from a few weeks ago, and still hasn't synced my walk from yesterday.

Hi Folks,

Sorry for the trouble. Runkeeper should now be syncing as expected. There did appear to be some time when it was not, but I have tested it again today with both GPS and Manual exercises created on the app and website of Runkeeper, all of which have synced over as expected.

My apologies for any previous inconvenience.

Tried it today and it syncs. Posted in runkeeper and showed up in MFP. Thank you very much. smile

I just switched to RunKeeper far neither of my runs from yesterday or today have synced with MFP.

Did my morning run with RunKeeper, and while it did sync with MFP, my 4:45am run showed up as 9:30pm the previous day.

Fortunately, MFP app has an option to "Copy to Today." Click on the little wrench tool symbol, then click on Copy to Today. To delete the activity on the wrong date, click on Edit at the top left of the screen, click the red circle next to the activity, then tap the delete button.

Hopefully this can be fixed, luckily I found a temporary solution that's better than typing everything in from scratch.

I still like MapMyRun a little better than RunKeeper, but RunKeeper is fine.

MapMyRun says the actual time of day as an option which is great when I want to know how much time I have before work or dinner.

Same issue for me, Runkeeper runs are showing up in MFP on the previous day. This has happened last 3 days.

Just looked at this mornings run.

Run shows on 7/17 6am
Run shows on 7/16 4pm

So it's tracking the timezone wrong somehow. Fitbit is syncing accurately.

I would love to get mine to sync together, but I dont know how. please help!

Today my run synced straight after with myfitnesspal. Great stuff!

Can you please do apostrophe of exactly how to link MFP and runkeeper because although I think I'm doing it right nothing is showing up. How can I tell if it has linked? Really want to do this as use both apps daily

That meant to say "a post" not apostrophe!!!

I am getting the synced data the day before with the wrong time as well.

@jute1974 - To sync the accounts, you need to do the following:
Here in MFP, go to the APPS tab, search for RunKeeper, click on the icon to display more info, and click on the "connect accounts" link.

I hope this helps. Feel free to send me a PM if you need more help.

You could be experiencing the same problem we are having... so for today's workout, try looking up yesterday and it should show there. If you are not seeing anything in any day, then disconnect your accounts, and try reconnecting them, then check the different dates.

so today, my run has not sync at all. Last few days have still had the day before issue, now nothing has come across.

Is this being looked at?
July 20, 2013 6:22 AM
Same here. Took 2 30-min walks today and nothing is showing up on MFP. Tried unsyncing and resyncing all apps, but nothing. Please help.
July 20, 2013 9:52 AM
I am also having the same problem. Runkeeper runs and bikes and swims (both manually entered and synced from garmin sync) were posting to MFP as late as Thursday but nothing since has synced. Both my accounts and my wife's accounts are doing the same thing.

I have disassociated my account and re-connected, but this does not seem to help.

Anything else I can try? Btw, I have looked on different days to try to find the missing workouts also.

Same problem for me. Worked up till last Thursday then stopped. Calories and weight are going from MFP to Runkeeper just fine but activity info is not coming back the other way at all now. Frustrating.
July 22, 2013 8:37 AM
Hi, same issue for me. Sync between RunKeeper and MFP seems broken. Worked until 17th of July.
July 22, 2013 6:47 PM
I use RunKeeper for my daily walks outside. I cannot get RK and MFP to sync on my iPod. What am I doing wrong? This is so frustrating!
July 23, 2013 5:49 AM
Same problem for me! Tthings seem to be going to runkeeper from MFP, but not the other way! I disconnected and reconnected and still nothing! sad
July 23, 2013 2:29 PM
Same here. What is going on? Seems a little like false advertising when MFP claims to sync with all of these other services. I really want to like this product and spread the good word to many people. But it's getting harder and harder with every consecutive day of non-syncing apps. Please tell us the secret button taps to make this work. Thank you.

Deleted MFP from my iPhone 5 and reinstalled it. Created a new run in RK and it magically showed up in MFP. Hopefully, this will continue to work, but I remain skeptical (though optimistically so).
