Mine hasn't synced for 2 days now

I linked my runkeeper app earlier in the week and it hasn't sync'd yet. Where do I need to check to make sure they are actually linked?

I just started using myfitnesspal primarily because of the runkeeper integration. I was using l*** i* but they want $$$ to enable runkeeper. Anyway, I went for a run today and the run isn't syncing to mfp. But runkeeper does know what I ate for breakfast.

I am having the same exact issues with Runkeeper and MFP. Very disappointing.

Same here!

MFP help staff went through and locked a bunch of threads about this, saying the issue had been fixed, but it wasn't fixed for me. I've only had it sync a couple of times.

Per MFP:

Hello,

Thank you for your patience while we investigated the sync issues that were occurring between us and our integration partners. We believe the fix we put in place should rectify the start times being off when exercises move over to MyFitnessPal. Please try inputting some new exercises and let us know if any issues persist.

Tom

Check yesterday's diary and see if it showed up there. A week ago when I was having a problem this happened a couple of times.

Just done parkrun. 5K run and it's on Runkeeper and FitBit knows about it but no activity has come across to MFP. I have been credited with the calories in my FitBit calorie adjustment but like the activity in my news feed.

Hi Folks,

Sorry for any trouble with Runkeeper. If you could please send us an email via the "help" link at the top of the page we'd be happy to look into your individual accounts.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Cheers,

Runkeeper will NOT post exercises with Myfitnesspal. I have upgraded both apps and synced them many times and this does NOT fix the problem. Please fix this ASAP, there is no point in me having Myfitnesspal if my calories burned in Runkeeper are not posted.

I have been using runkeeper for going on 3 years and was so excited when it became available here, but I lasted a day with it. I want MFP to know what I ran not runkeeper to know what I ate.

Has this started working for the rest of you yet? I just linked the two yesterday and while yesterday's activity in Runkeeper is visible in MFP, today's is not. Maybe there is just a longer than expected delay?

In syncing activities from Runkeeper to MFP there seems to be i) a major (6-7 hours in my case) delay and ii) a consistent problem with starting times getting scrambled when appearing in MFP. Looking forward to a solution to these problems.

Hi Folks,

Sorry for any issues. There is no user error going on here. The issue was fixed for a while, then broken again. We have been working behind the scenes to streamline time stamping between our program and our partner programs. Until we can release a bug fix for both the iPhone and Android app, exercise start times will be inconsistent. This may lead to certain exercise not posting at all to MyFitnessPal, however most exercises will sync, but may have the incorrect exercise start time.

In order to make sure your exercise start time is correct you will need to adjust it on the web. This will ensure that wherever we send that exercise, like Fitbit or Up, the incorrect time will correct. Right now the correction can only be done via the web.

My apologies for the error and any subsequent confusion. We are working to fix this.

Regards,
Scott

Just downloaded Runkeeper and linked both apps. Went on a walk last night and this morning - both of them did not sync.

I understand MFP is working to fix this issue (and I appreciate the updates, Scott!) However, wanted to let you know that it is still not fixed as of 7/30.

It appears that the food and calories in are logging fine from MFP to Runkeeper. However, the exercise and calories credited from Runkeeper to MFP is not working.

Hello,

We have experienced some backlogging with Runkeeper in the last week or two causing delayed syncs. At this moment though exercises should be syncing from Runkeeper to MyFitnessPal without issue.

If you are not seeing these then you may want to unlink/relink your integration with RunKeeper and try logging another exercise.

Regards,

Tom
