There are a few threads on this - I noticed about an hour ago there was a confirmation from admin that it was fixed but that you may have to disconnect and reconnect the devise so it works ago - thats what I did and it works a treat now ...

Also no joy in fitbit and mfp syncing. Disconnected fitbit to mfp and reconnected but no success. Any ideas?

You know what's sad? I got on the scale this morning to see another 2lbs. off. Did I celebrate that? No, I'm schvitzing that all my nice walking yesterday wasn't recorded. This is serious Catholiic-school-gold-star-report-card dementia!

Also won't sync/post calories. Disconnected and reconnected multiple times.

Still not working for me.

I've linked/relinked several times. The last time I unlinked from and verified I was unlinked at myfitnesspal. Relinked and verified the link at -- waited 30 minutes and I still have no added calories from fitbit. Based on past information, I should have picked up at least 150 extra calories yesterday from the fitbit.

I am having the same issue from last night. I tired and got very frustrated. I don't understand why sometimes it is so quick to sync and other times, nothing. Usually the next day I see my fitbit numbers in my fitness pal but not today? What is going on?

I'm having sync issues as well. On top of that I accidently deleted Tuesdays entry and it won't sync it up and put it in either. So I don't have either FB adjustments for two days! I've tried logging out, shutting down the apps, etc. And I can't find a post on how to get previous days entries back either.

Sorry for the inconvenience. We are aware that the Fitbit and MyFitnessPal integration is not working as expected right now. It appears Fitbit is not sending data to MyFitnessPal. We have notified Fitbit and they are working on the issue.

They hope to have it fixed soon.

yeah I'm having the same problem life is devoid of meaning just now

Yeah, same problem. Didnt work most of the day yesterday. Today, some info is going from MFP to Fitbit, but Fitbit exercise is not coming over to MFP. I tried unlinking/linking but that didnt help.

unlinking and relinking has worked for me, though I have had to do it a couple of times, and my data from yesterday that did not get updated DID update when I relinked, so don't worry folks, unless you haven't sync'd in a very long time it will all still be there and will get updated.

I am having the same problem, after installing the app bug fix it synced but then only to that point in time, and then will not sync anymore. Grrrrrrrrr, I have linked an un-linked like 10000 times. Anyone you there have help?

Fitbit syncing is currently broken. There is nothing you can do on your end to fix it. Please see my response above or here.
