I just got Up by jawbone. I downloaded their Ap, and then I downloaded myfitnesspal. When I go to the Ap Gallery on myfitnesspal Up does not show up. What do I need to do to sync these together?

Hi,

Jawbone has not yet released a version of their Android app that supports activating a new link between MyFitnessPal and Up.

However, you can link your accounts via our website, and from that point forward data downloaded from your device to your UP app will sync to MyFitnessPal.

On the site, visit https://www.myfitnesspal.com/apps/show/97 and follow the connect account links. You'll need your Up account password so that you can log into their site when prompted.

I just updated the UP app on Android and linked MFP and UP via the UP app. I tried it out today and the calorie totals from my workout in I logged in UP do sync with MFP. However, the lunch I entered in MFP haven't made their way to my UP app. So the data is only going one way from UP to MFP and not both ways.

I read http://myfitnesspal.desk.com/customer/portal/articles/1084231-should-i-change-the-way-i-use-myfitnesspal-now-that-i-ve-linked-with-a-total-energy-partner- and I waited, but I had lunch at 3pm (lot longer than 30 minutes). So my question is why doesn't MFP send my calorie information back to UP?

Ok, it synced! (phew!!) Just took a lot longer than 30 minutes for MFP to send the info to UP. BTW the time stamps are correct and everything.
