Am I missing something? I see where we get calories burned for aerobics training, but after posting my weight training workout, there were no "calories burned" calculated for that. I'm sure weight training burns some calories...any assistance on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Go to cardiovascular exercise, and then search weight training.

I guess because it's (even) more difficult to predict calorie burns with weight training than it is for cardiovascular. Calorie burns are not accurate AT ALL on MFP, cardiovascular or otherwise. Get a heart rate monitor and you will get a much more accurate picture of what you are burning.

and this.

Wear the HRM while you lift and enter it as cardo. I added lifting last Friday and wore my HRM and found I burned about 350 calories during the lifting.

It is impossible to estimate your calorie burn from just what you lifted, there a way too many variables. Things that impact amount of calories burned include:
Number of reps, speed of each rep, weight used as a percentage of your 1 rep max (which most people don't know), free weight or machine, muscle group used, now many sets, amount of rest between sets, your heart rate before and after each set, etc, etc.
