TOPIC: Breakfast variants

Hello, does anyone have any suggestions for breakfast, i currently switch between 30g porridge with a tsp of honey and fruit (grapes, raspberries, starwberries) with 0% fat greek yoghurt and a tsp of honey.. Starting to get a little bored.. Any help appreciated :)

Try oatmeal with fresh apples cut up cover cook them with oatmeal sprinkle with allspice or cinnamon

I'm not a breakfast person so acheese stick, orange juice, coffee, and banana do it for me on most days. sometimes I add a yogurt in there, and other days it's just the yogurt with granola.

On Sundays I have eggs with a bagel or waffles.

you can also try a egg white Mc muffin. I do mine myself with NO cheese and it sets slightly over 200 cals. I myself get tired of the oatmeal/ greek yogurt/ meal shake/ soooooooo. this is what I vary it with. AND a friend told me on the days when I do NOT want to eat another breakfast, try reversing the day, supper for breakfast and finish the day with breakfast for supper. Now THAT gets interesting

Thank you i am missing my cheese loads i used to have a good slice each day of strong cheddar, now nothing.. Its been so hard so a cheese twist sounds nice :)

I switch between Kashi 7 grain waffles with peanut butter or nutella and chocolate rice cakes with peanut butter or nutella.

Strangely enough i dont get sick of eating the same things everyday (usually oatmeal). That said...homefries are great..they sound bad for you, but... if you nuke a small/ medium russet, then throw it in the frying pan w/ just a little olive oil spray, and let it fry, untill browned, its quite delicious. Add some salt. One medium russet cooked in tiny amount of olive oil ~120-150 cals. Throw in a couple eggs, or my personal favorite, pan cooked brocolii and grilled chicken breast, and you have a pretty decent breakfast for what is usually just shy of 400 cals. Just have to keep the portions under control, and use a tiny bit of oil.

If you get sick of them, do the same thing with a sweet potato. Taste just as good, but certainly different. If you rotate through a few options, you'll find that just as you get sick of one, another will taste good again. (oatmeal, homefries, yogurt etc..)

English muffin with peanut butter and apple slices or 1 egg mixed with about 1 tsp each of diced peppers, onions, mushrooms, 1 tbsp shredded cheese and 2 slices chopped bacon or turkey baxon, wrapped in a small tortilla .
