I haven`t tried MyFitnessPal before, but over the past number of weeks it`s been very helpful and has come highly recommended. I also joined r/keto to help give me some insight and support.
I also live a relatively sedentary lifestyle. I recently finished school where I was eating junk most of the day, staying up late, and doing little to no physical activity. I haven't changed much of my physical lifestyle, but have faith in the ketogenic diet and that I will reach a weight goal where I am comfortable in weight lifting and doing other exercise.
Why I want to get in shape
I've told myself I'd lose weight for a very long time. I want to be healthier, improve the results of my blood work, fit more comfortably in my clothes, take some strain off my lower back and joints, and look better for my wife!
