"Avoiding the knife"

About Me

I am 43 and I want to see 83. I have tried other weight loss plans before. I have also tried to lose it on my own. I am trying again because my doctor keeps wanting me to go through weigh loss surgery and I hate such an invasive way of weight loss. I dont think I am a lost cause yet.

I live in Colorado Springs with my wife and 2 of my 3 kids. I work for a financial services organization but would love to go into Human Resources but can't do that with my current company.

Why I Want To Get In Shape

I want to get into shape so I can feel and look healthier. I want to be able to play sports with my coworkers and basketball with my little girl.

My Inspirations
