About Me
I will have been married for 9 years this October (2009). I am the mother of a 3-1/2 year old son. I work 5 days a week, and often have weekend plans with friends and/or family. Fitting workouts in can be a challenge, but i'm doing it!
Now we are expecting a new addition to our family. I'm pregnant and due in January 2010! Yay! I'm not trying to loose weight at the moment, just trying to stay on track by eating healthy and still working some exercise into my day.
Why I Want To Get In Shape
I want to feel more comfortable my clothes and have more energy! I lost about 15 lbs last year and gained most of it back in the first couple months of '09. Just doesn't seem fair that it takes a year to loose it, yet you can gain it back in such a short period of time. I have done it before, I know I can do it again and this time I will keep it off. I need to work on my diet. Food is the toughest part for me!!
My Inspirations
- A complete new wardrobe would be SWEET :)
- Just to FEEL better and have more energy!
- Living a long, healthy life for my family... my husband and son.
- To set an example...
