I was always fat growing up. I come from a very big family and we love food lol. My weight really became a huge problem for me when I was put on high blood pressure medication. My weight at the time was 383 pounds. The day I decided to take control of my life was the day I was rushed to the ER for chest pains. I felt like I was going to have a heart attack. That was almost three ago. I now weigh 187 pounds and feel like a whole new person. Dieting and exercising was the hardest thing I ever done in my life but I'm glad I did or else I might not be here this day. I joined myfitnesspal cause dieting alone is tough and its nice to be around people that are doing the same. Best tips I can give are. Log and count those calories. Move alittle more and lift heavy.
