About Me

In 2006 I became a lifetime member for Weight Watchers. I lost 86lbs in a year and half by following there CORE program and I began running. I was up to 4 miles, 5 days a week. After I reached my goal weight, I slacked off in being as strick on myself with food as I used to be and then I began having back problems. Due to the back issue, I had to stop running, which broke my heart! I also wanted to eat those things that I never allowed myself before.

I then began working for WW as a receptionist and loved helping the members lose there weight. But as I helped them, my weight started to come back on. I had basically lost my focus. I would be focused for a bit then off again. It was a never ending up and down for me. In May I ended up quitting WW and starting to focus on myself more and this weight issue.

Right before I quit WW, I had begun working with a trainer twice and week and fell in love with working out again! I'm running (1.5 miles) 3 days a week now and working out with her twice a week. I've begun really focusing on my food, even though it's not perfect yet, I am getting there. I sooo want this extra 23 pounds to come off!

I will tell you, losing these 23lbs is A LOT harder than when I lost 86 the first time!

Why I Want To Get In Shape

I want to feel better about myself and fit back into the clothes I was wearing a year ago.

My Inspirations

  • My old clothes are going to waste!
  • My wedding day.
  • My ability to inspire others
