I started this journey just 3 years ago. I had been feeling awful and after going to the Doctor I realized just how bad of shape I was in. Morbidly obese, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and pre-diabetic. i didn't know what to do. After going on a Christmas Vacation and seeing pics of myself sitting on my husband's lap, I decided enough was enough. I know I am not where I wanna be, but I am sure working towards it. I'm down 127 lbs (to date) and only wanna lose more to keep active and be healthy.
Why I want to get in shape
I don't wanna go back to being the 300+ lb girl that I used to be.
