I was always in great shape, worked out everyday and ran. Then I started gaining weight and just kept gaining no matter what. By the time I got a Dr to actually believe my weight gain was not normal, it was too late. I was 40 lbs overweight and still gaining. Hypothyroid has ruined my health in so many ways. I keep fighting with medication, working out and trying to eat right.
Why I Want To Get In Shape
I want to be healthy. The weight has caused more medical problems than I should normally be having. I want to live a healthy full life.

- A 70 year old woman running the Hawaiian marathon!
