I turned 50 in 2012 and want to be at my healthiest for my 50's. I wasn't heavy growing up but started slowly gaining as an adult. Unfortunately gained quite a bit after the death of my daughter...food was my friend. I've discovered as I get older that I am in control, not the food!
Why I want to get in shape
To be the healthiest me I can be. To take control of MY life, not let food control me.
- For ME...and to be my healthiest and fittest.
- Now 50...gotta get in shape!
- New excuse to buy new clothes!
