I satrted my working career at age 18 at Coca-Cola where I stayed for 22 years.
Burn out took it's toll around 1993 when I left to pursue other things.
Did the labor thing for several years and then stumbled on a job at an electrical shop working in the back room, after about three days I suddenly found myself as an apprentice electrician and haven't looked back since. The pay is Ok and there is a great demand for sparky's and there's no way my job can get outsourced overseas.
The best advice I've found here is dan's road map
Why I Want To Get In Shape
I quit smoking in 2000 and discovered how much better I felt, got divorced in 2001 when I was 44 and started drinking, surely the pounds slowly started packing on. By 2010 I was up to around 230 pounds when my whole life I was a beanpole who couldn;t get over 160. Decided that I needed to do something about it.
I lost 25 pounds and then relapsed and put it right back on, then I discovered MFP and haven't looked back since.
I haven't filled this out yet.
