About Me

In May 2009 I graduated with my Bachelor's in Exercise, Sport, and Health Education. I am currently working full-time in a skeletal muscle physiology & biochemistry lab and will begin my fast-track PhD in January 2010--yippee!! :D
I have four pet rats and I play roller derby. I love my job and I love being active! I also enjoy hiking, camping, powerlifting,and dancing.

Why I Want To Get In Shape

I have been on MFP for a long time through many bulk/cut cycles. Each one lasts roughly a couple months. I am currently attempting to cut down to 19% body fat, and I'm estimating I'll have to be somwhere from 115-120 to get there, so 118 is a good 'in-between' place. 19% is considered highly athletic for a female.

yeah i hear you, im just the type if i am going to do something im going to go hard, it keeps me motivated when i exercise everyday, if i dont for one day i get off track and get unmotivated...its weird.It helps that i have a year contract with my trainer too, i mean if i can do this for a year i know i will see major results!Im so excited to get started!
