About Me
This is the first time I've been SERIOUS about weight loss. I joined MFP so that I will be able to count my calories and log all my exercising. I love it so far! I sometimes find it hard to stay motivated, but I'm working on that :)
Why I Want To Get In Shape
*To look better
*To have a long and healthy life - my family has some weight loss issues, like diabetes (that I would prefer to stay away from!!!)
*To fit into my clothes and not have to worry about how I look all the time!!
My Inspirations
- Feeling good about myself & looking even better!!
- Maintaining a healthy lifestyle for the rest of my life :)

Hi, sorry I am just now getting back to you, I have not been doing so good lately on my lifestyle change but I will not give up, I want to make it to my goal. Starting back like I am susposed to be doing today.
lets do it, I was back on it today and I ate great. I didn't exercise though b/c of my back still hurting but I am trying to think of some things to do so I can burn some calories.
I gained 2 pounds, I ate so bad Thursday, Friday, Sunday, and today but back on it tomorrow. I also have not exercise for almost 3 weeks, back to that tomorrow too. I will not let this get me down. I hope you have a great night and I will talk to you later.
