About Me
Hey there! So I just finished my first year at Dalhousie University and unfortunately I have fallen victim to the freshmen 15. I've set my goal to a little bit more than 15 pounds to lose because I want to loooove my body and not just accept it. I want to start living healthier and it is my new summer mission to work out on a regular basis so by next year I'll love my body! I've sort of struggled with my weight all my life( not to an extreme extent) and I think that this is the best time to change that...while I'm still young.
Why I Want To Get In Shape
Umm..I sort of said that in about me. Woops!
But in short I want to love my body and just be able to be healthier than I am right now.

- My family
- My friends
- The bathing suit hanging in my closet with the tags still on it
- Using my youth to my advantage!
