About Me
I'm 33 years old, married and have three beautiful little girls, ages 5, 3, and 1. I've watched my weight slowly climb my whole life, always saying "I'll never let myself get to XXX" but I always find myself at that weight. Five years ago, I lost 30+ lbs by exercising and watching what I ate. Now I'm ready to do it again and make it a permanent change. Why I Want To Get In Shape
I want to get into shape for many reasons. I want to be able to keep up with my energetic children. I want to be healthier. I want to be a good example for my children so they might not have to struggle with their weight later in life. I want to look better. I want to feel better.
