Why I Want To Get In Shape

Tired of being overweight and afraid of future medical problems if I don't get down to a healthy weight and get my diabetes under control

My Inspirations

  • Get healthy!
  • Get diabetes under control and maybe get off meds
  • obese since preteen, & want to be a "normal" weight/healthy adult for first time
