About Me

I live in Scotland on the outskirts of Glasgow. Newly married to a lovely Scottish man {i'm from England} I've a 20 year old son and 2 step daughters all grown up who live with our ex's. I'm taking a career break so no excuses!!! When i put my mind to it i'm very determined and strict with myself but now i'm in my 40's its so much harder the weight just hangs on for dear life!!

Why I Want To Get In Shape

Thinking you'll need oxygen to get to the top floor of the department store cause your friend refuses to use the lift is just plain ridiculous!!
